I asked to get the resonator repaired with the muffler, he said it wasn't needed. Several weeks later my resonator was dragging. It was noted by another mechanic that the muffler and resonator were installed without ensuring the pipes fitted. It was installed without care. Will not return.

Not only was the work done poorly they also damaged other items. Westside called me to photograph the damage, and fixed everything perfectly. There was another instance where I brought a vehicle in that was not worth fixing. They offered to do the work, but were very upfront about the cost versus the worth of the vehicle. We sold that vehicle to carvana for 17500.00 and bought something else. Westside could have easily just done the work and charged us the 9000 dollars.
