I needed air for my tire before I put gas in my vehicle one day. So I parked at the air box and proceeded to go inside and ask him to turn on the air pleasantly. He told me no and to put money in the machine. I responded that it's the law that he must provide air and water to me and he told that there is no law and that I should just go put money in the machine and stop bothering him. Even going as far as to laugh at me when I told him he was unnecessarily rude. So I went and took a picture of the law printed on the side of his machine and then went back inside and showed him. I learned two things that day. I have to buy gas first to recieve air, and I will never get anything from this station. I actively tell people to avoid it on the off chance they need gas in that area. I have gotten gas there before so I was at one time a customer. Never again however.
The law is put in place to help motorists. There are also laws put in place to protect people like him from people like me and to keep him employed and housed. I'm sure if there wasn't, the laws of nature would have ended his employment a long time ago. Either way, I'm sorry about the pool of labor in which he was the best candidate for a job at your location. read more
