I felt this was being used to keep my company locked into an ongoing relationship. Before signing anything, insist--in writing--that all domains, URLs, phone numbers, website files, hosting accounts and administrative logins be registered in your business's name and remain accessible to you at all times. However, the representative stated today that she did not see the correct contact number on the profile and requested the number again. I'm not sure if your employees get paid by how many times they call a company or what? It's my thought that if they seriously wanted to do business with our firm they would have contacted the correct person by now. Your representative was unprofessional and rude. As for the staff some of the better Facebook advertisers in the industry worked at Fanbase. Being a veteran of the industry for over 5+ years there is good bad and ugly, but fan bases shined like a rare light in what can sometimes be a very tough industry. I would definitely recommend people working with them and their staff and would take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of the time they disgruntled competitors or just some realtor who doesn't like to get a cold call and is willing to yell the word scam! at the first sight of a sales pitch. It's sad. For example: I was the rep who spoke with Rob W. We spoke for no longer then 35 seconds mostly him talking about himself and how important he was. The guy was a total tool. His review was misleading and dishonest. But what can you do. Just wanted to add a little honest opinion on a company that earned my respect many times over years ago.
