When I decided to discontinue their services, I requested the login credentials, URLs, domain information and administrative access associated with my business website. James Piccolo refused to provide this information, leaving me unable to fully control or independently manage digital assets created for my own business. I felt this was being used to keep my company locked into an ongoing relationship. Before signing anything, insist--in writing--that all domains, URLs, phone numbers, website files, hosting accounts and administrative logins be registered in your business's name and remain accessible to you at all times. Carefully review the cancellation provisions and ownership terms. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have received numerous calls from your firm and have provided the correct contact information for the person that makes the decisions for this company. However, the representative stated today that she did not see the correct contact number on the profile and requested the number again. I'm not sure if your employees get paid by how many times they call a company or what? It's my thought that if they seriously wanted to do business with our firm they would have contacted the correct person by now. Your representative was unprofessional and rude.
