Having said that, the taste was good, although I wouldn't order it again unless it was the only choice of something I would like. Given the ingredients I thought that the serving could have been a little bigger for $10. It was a little overpriced, rice and chi chi beans don't cost much. My biggest issue was the rice. This trend of using regular long grain rice in food trucks/stands is maddening. If an Asian/Indian style dish is being served, it should be made with the appropriate rice. Basmati in this case. If it was basmati I would have understood the cost for the serving size a little more as it is more expensive. Overall this was the meal I would have chosen again at Riotfest, but that is only because I felt that the other meals were a Meh.
