My daughter was there for three days and I had to remove her the third day because she was being neglected. She came home with a swollen hot rash all over her privates and it went up the back of her leg. They do not communicate with the parents. Here is exactly what hapoened in the three days that made me reconsider when I enrolled her her first day was 3/27/23 and they did not even have her in the system yet so I could not monitor her activity throughout the day. I had to call up to the school for them to give me access to her account. when I got access they posted a picture of her two or three hours later and she was in completely different clothes so I messaged them asking what happened to her pants at 9:59 am and I received no response. then at 11:54 am I messaged them again trying to see a picture of her and got no response. I then messaged them again saying "Hello?!" at 12:11 pm and I received no response then at 2:10 I messaged them again telling them I am on my way and once again no response. on 3/28/23 my mother, who is authorized in her file to pick her up, was supposed to check her out because she had a dentist appointment. so, at 6:27 am before I dropped her off I messaged them saying "Hello! today Mataalii's grandmother will be picking her up around one please send her with mataalii's grey bottle that had her milk in it so I can wash and refill it. Thank you! have a Good day!" once again no response. Then at 1:19 pm I messaged them again saying "please make sure the grey bottle is sent home with tali and also the bottle I left there yesterday please make sure it is sent home as well" once again no response and when my mother picked her up she REEKED of feces as if they rubbed poop in her clothes. on today 3/29/23 at 9:56 am I got an update saying she had poop leaking out of her diaper which means they are not changing her often enough and they are letting it sit on her because her diapers fit. then they said she was forming a diaper rash which does not happen because we put ointment on her all the time and I sent them there with some diaper ointment. then at 11:05 am, they sent another update saying the rash was spreading. At 10:29 am I sent a message to her teacher saying "can you please change her a little more often she never has blowouts with me so I would really appreciate it if you would change her diaper more often so that does not happen thank you." and at 11:33 am I sent a message saying there was diaper rash cream in her bag and to please put it on her. once again no response. when I picked her up today she had a huge rash going from her private area up the back of both her legs and when I was trying to clean it and apply the ointment they should have put on it in the first place. She was wincing and whinning as if it was hurting her. I will never be sending her back here and I would Never recommend them to anybody.

Updated edit:: responding to the comment from primrose…read more Yes I kept checking the 360 tadpoles app but my daughter's teacher never posted new pictures until I would complain to another teacher since her teacher is never around when I arrive when class should start. So disappointed! Her teacher never even said good morning or good bye to her!! Also I've repeatedly asked for the owner of this site to respond to me personally. So disappointing. Just another money hungry preschool who doesn't care about kids... Original post:: Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

My issues are the liberties they are taking without communicating with parents. Example one, my four year old daughter got in the car to tell me a boy in her class ran around naked and she saw his privates. No one from the school spoke to me about it. When I called, the owner acknowledged that she saw me on the way in and out at pickup and neglected to bring it up. Additionally, my child is now reciting pre-meal prayers that she learned from the teacher. We were never informed that any type of religion would be taught or in required, if we were, we never would have enrolled her.
