She…read morewas so helpful, asked thoughtful questions, and I really felt like she built up my self-confidence. Unfortunately, she simply stopped scheduling appointments with me. Despite several efforts to reach out and re-schedule (via phone, e-mail), she became non-responsive. I'm not sure if it's something I did, if we weren't a match, but she kind of left me hanging and wondering if I was the "problem" in a time I really needed someone to lend an ear. I'm certainly not writing this review to discourage anyone, but I am still bothered by her abrupt end to our professional relationship. UPDATE: Amy reached out to me after this review and extended her apologies for the termination of treatment. I appreciated her professionalism and reflection on this.

Our entire family has come here for years. Now I feel stupid bc the lack of concern they actually…read morehave for their patients. We are just a paycheck to them. My husband is a combat disabled veteran. The VA sent him here for EMDR. I was unaware of his appointment plus our kids had a break out of lice that week from the schools so I was all over the place. I saw a charge today on our bank account for $50 (mind you the VA is paying for his appointments not us) I called to explain the situation and his TBI and how I didn't know but please add me to the email for reminders in the future. I asked for a refund back on the charge and the provider Andrea said NO bc of his previous no shows??? I asked when that was they said back in 2018!!! So his first ever no show since 2018 and u have zero compassion. It's all about money with these people. They don't care about you or your family just what money you give them. I likely will be completely removing all our family from this practice. Do yourself a favor and do the same. It's absolutely disgusting how the staff and the therapists have zero compassion. Like I get he missed his appointment but his first missed one since 2018!?!? Come on you guys how are you even in business? You guys are gross you're not here to help people you're here to take our money.
