No meaningful action was taken, and the teacher involved remains in their position without accountability. As a family, we expected a thorough investigation, transparency, and reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening again. The safety and well-being of children should always be the top priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, that does not appear to be the case here. I strongly urge the school to take incidents like this seriously and implement proper measures to protect students. I spoke with Stacey and she clearly didn't care and the owners were supposed to call me and I'm still waiting. The worst part is that his mother worked there and they didn't report it to her as well, she found out when she picked him up and he had large knots on his head and was bleeding .. All parents and students are greeted by the front desk upon entry and there are two check-in stations by the front desk, which also discreetly (small print) shows your student/s financials. The institution has a rigorous HACCP Program for the cleanliness of the school and their food preparation, there is an on site chef (Augustine) who is very professional, amicable and helpful. All chemical bottles are labeled and collected everyday to ensure their efficacy and to verify the correct chemicals are in their respective bottles, very important. The school updates patents through email and post the monthly meal. Plan online, if your child has a special diet you can send your child with food, just no foods that contain allergens, such as Peanuts and Tree Nuts due to the seriousness of said allergy. I y Kids has cameras throughout the facility, inside and out. You ate able to log in and peek at your loved ones, what a relief for many parents, especially that first child. The staff are loving and cheerful, MS. Lluvia was put on this earth to LOVE children, she shows genuine heartfelt love and comes to work everyday with such a positive and upbeat attitude, seeing her with all the children just warms the heart because of her unselfish free flowing love to every child, no favorites! Ms. Jaimee and Veronica are tender souls that understand the wats/needs of their little tribe. A staff is a representative of leadership and the owners of Ivy Kids are phenomenal, they have a deep connection with the school and it's everyday operations. Thwy care about your concerns and are available to address, inform or assist with matters related to your loved ones. From Day 1 the teachers and staff made an effort to know his name, and make all of us feel so welcome and valued. The teachers in room 1 have all been so kind and lovely, especially Raven - who really seems like she was meant to be around babies. She brings such joy and light into each day and gives detailed updates (even for blowouts lol) with a smile. As far as technology, the daycare offers apps for parents to live stream video of all classrooms and see live feed updates of everything going on in the day (diapers, how much they ate, etc), which we have found super helpful to feel 'in the loop'. The teachers also upload pictures of our little one throughout the week which we so so enjoy. They offer events and special days for the kids frequently, in addition to a (paid) parents night out which we hope to take advantage of soon! There are snacks for the kiddos each morning, and chocolate chip cookies on the way out every friday afternoon. The babies in Room 1 are involved in a range of activities throughout the day such as story time, flashcards, sensory activities, painting (with take home presents for mom and dad), outside buggy time, and a variety of other things. Tip for other new moms: they don't let you do glass bottles (or food jars), for fear of shattering upon warming. Plastic bottles / food jars only.

We have an extremely delicate coparenting situation, and they go out of their way to make sure they understand our custody schedule, and ensure our son is taken care of at all times. Ms. Pam and the other staff are extremely supportive and understanding, and we feel very confident in the care our son receives when he is with Imagine. The facility is clean and the activities are plentiful. They've even agreed to help our son with homework from school as he doesn't always get the support he needs when he is not with us. We have zero complaints about the care and attention our son receives and you should absolutely give them a try if you live in the Atascocita area.
