I dropped it off the following week and was told that Ms Fran had retired and was no longer there.??...I was never given a phone call by anyone to tell me of the change. There was a new director.Thats a huge change. Mrs Fran was part of the reason we chose this place. I figured to give it a chance anyways. Nothing was as we were explained it would be. There seemed like there was no plan for the summer, they made my five year old take long naps even though he doesn't take naps and we were originally told that he would be able to play while the younger kids did. Every time I went in there there were different teachers. The internet viewing was down. I just had a bad feeling about it starting from the fact that no one gave me a call to even let me know what was going on. I decided to take him out. I called and left two messages on two different days and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call back. Apparently thats how they do business now. That confirmed I was right in taking him out of there. I would suggest people look else where.

My children were always targeted by the staff and owner regarding typical behavior that toddlers have. If you're not capable of handling young children why work there or even own the place? About a month ago my youngest child was not being supervised and was injured pretty badly from a fall, the owner had no clue what had occurred and I was provided an assumption of what was believed to have happened to my 2 year old son. Long story short, the owner Ann Ezumah took her sweet time to half ass respond to my serious concerns as a parent because she was away on vacation. After providing me footage of how it actually occurred it was addressed with no urgency she also never met with me in person only over message and email. What owner do you know does that? Honestly. Fast forward: Now that school has begun only 2 of my children remained there as the older one started Kindergarten. They tried to be slick and continue checking in/out my oldest son to make NCI claims. Fraud. They are a money hungry establishment with more "chill and fun" days that require parents to fund them money for said activities rather than more educational days. Every other week there was something they needed money for at the last minute too which explained their disorganization and lack of care for their students and families that keep their business running. Today they messaged me (yes messaged me) that my three year old son could no longer attend due to "behavior" and even went on to use the words "physical assault" on teachers which is almost hilarious because a 3 year old physically assaulting someone just sounds so ridiculous. Ann, the owner couldn't even be professional as the face and representative of her business to meet with me in person for this matter. Also there is NEVER an accredited director or at least assistant director to bring the students in during arrival. Only teachers and their cook, sounds worrisome huh? I will be reporting them to the state of Texas and NCI in effort to possibly help their establishment turn their unprofessionalism around! So I'm probably doing them the greatest favor and the owner probably just needs some help. Save your hard earned money and research better childcare facilities in the area if you're ever in need and save yourself the headache!!!

While I understand and respect that personal relationships can influence perspectives, I was surprised and concerned by her response, which indicated that she aligned with her friend's actions. My concern is not that she chose not to become involved in a personal matter, but rather the lack of empathy and support shown in response to a report of abuse. As someone who holds a leadership position within a school environment, I would have expected a more compassionate response, or at the very least guidance toward appropriate resources and support services. Her response left me questioning whether the values reflected in that interaction are consistent with those promoted by the school. It is troubling to think that an individual entrusted with the well-being and development of students might respond similarly to a child, parent, or other individual reporting a concerning situation. I fully understand that she may have wished to remain neutral or avoid involvement due to her personal connection. However, expressing support for or alignment with actions involving emotional or physical abuse raises serious concerns regarding judgment, empathy, and professional conduct. I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention, as the interaction has left me deeply concerned about the values and standards that are expected of those representing your institution.

They strike a great balance between fun and learning, and our kids always came home having learned a new fact or life skill along with a story about a fun game or dance they did. WELL I was wrong because not only did the front office staff: Ms. Stewart & Ms.Maya made sure we felt welcomed and listen to ALL concerns, questions and thoughts I was having but they even made sure that they stayed very transparent and communicated with me and understanding my children and myself needs. When it came to the room she was aged to be she met Ms. Keisha and Since BEFORE my daughter Anais was even put in her class, Ms. Keisha has always shown patience, drive, empathy & most important UNDERSTANDING. When it came to Anais. A little back story about Anais is she is a 2 yr old Level 3 AUTISTIC child who is also partial deaf, she was also nonparticipating, immobile, introverted, nonverbal very shy, and timid child. A year and a month later; Anais speaks some words, participates, plays with other classmates and LOVES outside time with her classmates. Ms. Keisha has not only worked with her on developmental obstacles, learning appropriate age behavior skills but as well as performing in the class and working with her one on one; She also includes Anais in EVERYTHING the class does and makes her feel comfortable and confident to try the same things independently. I can't thank the staff enough for all they done for all my children but most importantly a huge special heartfelt thank you to Ms.Stewart & Ms.Keisha. Everyday that comes and it's time to drop off my children I no longer have that worry feeling inside or calling throughout the day checking to make sure she is ok. When it came to my youngest child Amira; Ms. Milagro ( aka abuela ) knocks it out park! Amira has been going since she was 4 weeks old and literally has grown up at this facility. Amira cries when it's time for Ms Milagro to leave for the day and walks in looking for her every morning. She not only understands Spanish, yet she also strives to do what her big sister does!
