Absolutely fantastic day care! The staff is very nice and the staff loves your kids like their own. We will be leaving our daughter here till she ages out! Facility is clean and we love the Procare app. We can check on our daughter anytime of the day. She has developed a lot more fine motor and verbal skills from their curriculum. Great child center. All of the staff knows every child by name. You are greeted on arrival every day and when you pick up your child the front desk staff always tells them goodbye. We are completely comfortable with both of our children here. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I never give reviews but I feel the need to write this one. Front staff very rude and unfriendly. I switched daycares.

They allow people under the age of 18 to be alone with your children which is against the rules with the state. Also, the place looks run down and walls look a mess. Toys look as if they come from McDonalds and they aren't very up to date with their toys. You get what you pay for - poor service and place. read more

Cafeteria lady had a terrible attitude one day and was totally inappropriate in front of other parents. The front staff is very friendly. My child attends the before and after school program. You get what you pay for basically. My child went to primrose down Summerwood for preschool which I absolutely loved. read more

I usually don't review, but seeing the 1 bad review, I had to. My son has been at Kids Playce for 3 years now and we love it. He was at 3 different daycare's before that and this one is the best mix of professionalism and safety for the parent, but fun for the kid. I have never had a safety concern and my son enjoys going, both to the afterschool program and summer camp. read more

Was not happy with the staff...improperly trained and most were very young. Immediately took my child out because of safety concern.

This daycare is in a league of it's own. It's hard to call it daycare, the kids get so much more. They have something going on almost daily and give the kids music, gymnastics, PE and spanish all included in tuition. But the main thing is the people. Most of the teachers and staff have been there for as long I can remember and the owner is there everyday, which is unheard of. The daycares we tried were big chains that had no personal care. It's a great feeling to leave your kids with a family owned business that is well ran and has a real passion and love for kids. read more

I had to pull my child out of safety concern. I wish I had done it sooner. The daycare fees were about $100-150 less than at other daycare centers in the neighborhood. It was not a deciding factor for me but now I clearly see that the daycare management cuts corners by hiring young, inexperienced staff and not following the state mandated student to teacher ratio. As I found out, on days when my child's regular teacher was out, the class of three year olds was watched by a male bus driver employed by daycare. A few days before I pulled my child out of this daycare center, my aunt, who came to pick up my child, found a three year old boy all alone in a dark classroom playing with a toilet plunger in the bathroom. Apparently, the class was moved to another room because the toilet overflowed but this little fellow was left behind. If you decide to try this daycare, please make an effort to stop by on a few occasions during the day when you are least expected to see what is going on in your child's class. read more
