I placed my order with enough time to receive a response about their inability to fill the order but did not hear from them until the day of delivery. They could have let me know immediately if they couldn't fulfill it. At first customer service said it was a delivery problem. 2 hours later it was that the store was closed!!!!! "Customer Service" was likely an overseas call center who just kept repeating their line in different ways, never answering my questions or helping in any way. I told them they should be embarrassed to work for this company. They offered a delivery for the next day (too late) and I said I'd accept it if they fulfilled their guarantee (gave me a refund with a late deliver). They only offered $10 off, then $20 and then upped it to $35, for a $140. order!!! I canceled the order all together. Stay away from this company! You're better off finding a field full of wildflowers or picking up some flowers from a grocery store!

Reasonable people can and will disagree on matters of taste, but it surely does not look like there's any kind of plant in there at all, which was the whole reason for procuring the arrangement. To me, it looks like a cut-rate Kr*g*r special that's been marked down for quick sale. I note additionally this is the SECOND time I've been burnt by florists who can't seem to create to the pictures Teleflora, FTD, 1-800-FLOWERS, et al advertise online. This kind of bait-and-switch would be disturbing anytime, but it's particularly bad in a stressful circumstance such as this. It looked like a wedding centerpiece. Jen is definitely a very talented florist!
