Simply the best gardening store on the planet. they have the best FB ever. They literally shop the competitions prices online and beat them. By far the best stock of any store in Michigan. Funny how the haters don't like their FB. Haters going to hate. The other stores in the area charge prices way over the horizon. read more

they're the best. they will help you With your problems or concerns! Nick is the man over there too!

Missed items when ordered online. Sick and tired corporate theft on customer. They unorganized as all hell

No up front pricing!! Which is illegal in Michigan. The only reason I went there is cause growco went out of business. These guys try to charge you double the price on items unless you go in there ready to google actual prices and haggle with them. Horrible company. Stores like this are the reason local shops have been going out of business. You basically have to argue with them just to get a fair price one items. Just gonna order online from now on read more

You might not know how to run your business, but you definitely know how to RUIN it. These people who run/own this business think they have the whole city and surrounding area in their pocket, because of what? Their prices? Learn how to treat your customers. Learn how to make PROPER advertisments. Be a decent human, its not hard! I promise! With a little practice you might actually get kinda-sorta good at it. Maybe. Probably not. Don't waste your time shopping here. read more

GrowGeneration Hydroponics Store - Just as a show of do what you say this account is only one that was set up by a former tenant, illegally by him and I will testify - Hydroponics Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Came to the shop because I'm trying to learn about hydroponics, but when I arrived and walked in, no one greeted me or said anything at all, I walked further back and even made eye contact with a few employees and not one single employee even said hello, much less offered to help me. If I had found out the information I had wanted to, this store could have easily made alot of money from me. It's their loss, but based off their employee behavior, I'm guessing they dont care- at all. read more

I ordered a new centurion mini pro wet/dry trimmer . I chose this machine specifically because it offered a wet/dry option. When I came in to pick up the machine I noticed it only had one tumbler (wet tumbler). When I asked where the other tumbler(dry) was, I was told they weren't aware of another tumbler and that it doesn't come with 2. I then pulled up the centurion website and showed them that it does come with 2 tumblers wet/dry and that is what I ordered. The owner sent me to cate (works at the shop) to get things figured out. Cate called centurion and the distributor and assured me that I would receive the other tumbler. Before I left I asked again, I am for sure receiving the other tumbler because I don't want to use the machine if not. Her exact reply was yes, we owe you another tumbler and I will call you when it gets in. After a week they stop answering my text, today I called the owner, he is denying that they even make a wet/dry machine that comes with both tumblers (all you have to do is check the website and it's on there) he's denying I was told that I would be for sure receiving the other tumbler, and cate is not admitting to telling me that I would be receiving the (dry) tumbler. I called and the owner basically called me a liar and told me to take my business elsewhere....no problem. If You want a drunk owner who takes shots at his countertop and doesn't remember words that come out his own mouth then this is the shop for you, he'll even offer you shots. Make sure not to pay full price on anything because he says he only charges 5% over cost on everything and the shop is also very under staffed you will not spend less then 30 minutes in the store.. wish I read all the other negative reviews before spending my money with grand rapid hydroponics. read more
