Guy was a complete prick, asked simple questions and he gave me blunt and rude answers. Don't give this asshole your money.

I was laid off in early March and more recently have been grateful enough to begin work again. During that time I was unable to make my car payment due to the current global pandemic "The Coronavirus" or "Covid 19." Fast forward to June I am back to work and "Arrow Finance" is expecting a payment in which I agreed to pay. I recently set up a new bank account and set it up for auto bill pay. I was to pay them each month with the 1st payment to be paid on the June 24th. Well my direct deposit going to my new account was unsuccessful as it does sometimes take a couple checks before it goes through. I did still plan to pay them regardless, but regretfully it slipped my mind, I mean I'm only human. Now the July 1st two people from a tow service knock on my door explaining my car is being repossessed. I try to tell them what happened and that I had the funds on me to please let me pay now. I understand they were doing their job and they have to take the vehicle regardless. But the manner in the way they went about it was disturbing but I'll get into that later. After I reached out to "Arrow Finance Company" the picture became clear of what kind of company I was dealing with. I called to try to explain my situation asking why no one has even reached out to me to let me know they were going to repossess my car. Especially when I had spoken with someone at "Arrow Finance" earlier in the month and gave them my updated phone number. A lady by the name of Cindy replied with this, "I don't care, it's not my problem, you should pay your bills on time." I was disgusted and I hung up the phone on her. Of course the next day I receive two letters in the mail from "Arrow Finance" exclaiming the repossession. So, yesterday I go to retrieve my car back from "Arrow Finance" and everything seems to be okay expect the amount owed went from $520.00 to $1,136.27 draining any money I had at all. Then this morning on my way to work I notice my brakes are grinding like metal which was not doing that before. It dawned on me, when the two tow truck drivers came to my home to take my car I remember I was upset and at first I would not relinquish my keys to them. In an effort and I'm assuming some kind of cruel joke they decided to put my car in park and start pulling away with my tires grinding and screeching while laughing. I ran out to handover the keys that's when they stopped moving their tow truck. **Fact I have neighbors as witnesses and pictures of this incident to prove it. So, when finally speaking to a manager, I began the conversation friendly trying to explain my situation. Then again the call is more disturbing than the last. The entire time I am trying to speak, the manager is speaking over me. He refused to listen to anything I was telling him. He said that he knows the way this business operates and that my being laid off was not an excuse for not paying my bill. As for my brakes grinding he said, "how do I know if it wasn't like that before and that your telling me the truth?" This is when I had enough of the way they have treated me like I'm some kind of criminal. I told the manager I don't believe I should have to pay for new brakes considering their tow truck drivers did this as a cruel effort to get my keys. He chuckled and said, "there's nothing I can do for you. Is there anything I can help you with?" I again was in shock and just hung up the phone, after using some profanity I'm not proud of. The reason I am writing my story is because I want everyone to know how "Arrow Finance" treats their customers even worse during such divesting and unprecedented times. Please I urge anyone please do not use this company. They represent hate and demoralization which is what all of us are so conscientiously trying to fight against in today's world. I empathize with the individuals out there who have had to experience their belittlement and abuse. Peace and love to everyone out their fighting. Be safe.

I called Arrow to find out exactly how much I owed and basically see how they expected me to pay all this back if they keep accruing interest and I was told to shut up by an office manager and Kelly told me I should've paid my bills in the first place......so nobody in this office had gone through hard times or any of that.....Kelly and whoever the office manger is that told me to shut up everybody is not a deadbeat and doesn't deserve to get talked to like that and I never would have cussed at Kelly if she wouldn't have been so rude because you get what you give out. This whole company and all of its employees are sad and probably live the most miserable lives

I had the car diagnosed and was told that when the car was put back together the repair shop didn't put transmission fluid in the car and there were multiple codes. To give me a complete diagnoses they would need take the front end off of the car to get into the engine department to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the vehicle since it had been in a front end collision. It would cost me approximately $850 just to get an estimate of repair costs So I called A & O Auto Plaza and asked them what they could do about the car they sold me. They said that they would fix it. They went to the dealership and towed the car back to their location and later that afternoon they said it was all repaired. Within 20 miles from their lot the transmission began slipping again and the engine light came back on. I had driven the car less than 2,000 miles. I asked them to take the car back and give me back my money less a $1,000. I'm willing to eat a $1,000 versus the $10,000 that I paid for the car. They asked me to bring the car back in to check with their diagnoses system. I said no, I'd prefer that. I feel comfortable with the car that my granddaughter is driving. So I asked him how much would they be willing to give me for the car? They told me that there is nothing wrong with the car - it's the best Chrysler that they have sold. So I said if there's nothing wrong with the car then why wouldn't you want to take it back for $1000 less than what I gave you and consider that a profit? No response.

I was forced to bring it to their affiliated garage, Premier Auto (required to keep the warranty valid). They told me the brakes had been inspected and repaired. Only weeks later, the brakes failed again. This time, they told me it was just a defective caliper. Then, just a couple of weeks after that, the brakes failed for a third time. At that point, both the shop manager Mike and the office manager Mike told me my brake pads had worn down so low they had actually "fallen off," causing the calipers to overextend and leak fluid. That explanation makes no sense for a truck purchased less than three months prior -- and one they had supposedly "fully inspected" twice already. Instead of honoring responsibility, they lied, shifted the story each time, and then made me pay $600 out of pocket for that third repair, even though the problem had never been properly fixed. Less than 48 hours later, the brakes failed yet again. During this same period, the tie rod end separated, which led to uneven tire wear and a dangerous highway blowout. I had to tow the truck to Dobbs, spend $585 on two new tires, and another $600 in electrical repairs for problems caused by a dealer-installed device and a defective key fob. Altogether, I've spent thousands in repairs for a truck that remains unsafe and undriveable. As an independent masonry contractor, I've also lost tens of thousands in business because I cannot transport materials or equipment to job sites. And to make matters worse, when I called Sales Manager Brian to ask for a solution, he literally hung up on me. When I asked him if Travers sells bad cars and doesn't care, he responded: "Yup." Travers Automotive GMT and their affiliated garage, Premier Auto, have shown a pattern of lies, deception, and negligence. They sold me an unsafe truck, failed to repair it, shifted blame, and treated me with disrespect. Their conduct has endangered me and my family and caused devastating financial harm. I strongly urge others: avoid this dealership at all costs.

Twice, within two weeks (same teller), I had my money (from a business deposit--cash) come up over $400 short when I went through the drive through. I count money for a living.. so was very concerned when the drive thru teller suggested I was short at all. I went into the bank and requested that they count the money out with me on the counter. They informed me that they could not do that, and that the money counter machine had already "eaten up my deposit." They would not know the numbers or any discrepancies until the end of the day. Guess who never got her money back?? ME... I'd love to know where that money ended up!!! Different issue: I had a fraudulent purchase made from my business debit card and called in to report it. The fraudulent purchase was close to $100 and made to a Bar and Grill across the country. Never mind that I've NEVER been to that state, it was also clear that NO other purchases were on my account from that state. No hotels, no car rental, nothing. In fact, I was still using my card locally on that same date. That would seem pretty obvious to me, but I suppose we aren't all masterminds here. Once I placed the call to flag the fraudulent purchase I was informed that they do not offer any sort of fraud protection for business accounts. Yeah, so I am out that money?! Unreal. Another issue: I am a business and typically I print my own checks at our HR with a check printer (yes it's 100% legal). I had ran out of ink for it, and needed counter checks to get by until I could replace the ink. I also work approx 100-120 hours a week, and I did not have a chance to get the ink replaced for a couple weeks. I went in a few times for some counter checks, in which they made me purchase $.10 a piece, no big deal. The second week the lady told me I could not purchase any more counter checks from them. And rudely stated "That I needed to figure something else out because they aren't in the business of check printing." Final straw: Today I am doing some bookkeeping. I was unable to locate a couple of bank statements, so called in to see about getting some emailed to me. They informed me that they would be charging me a "research fee" at the ridiculous rate of $30 per hour with a $15 minimum. Whoa!! As if that wasn't mind blowing enough, I was told they couldn't email me the statements (to the email THEY HAVE ON FILE) -- even though I have had a business account there since the beginning of 2023 and they clearly know who I am!!! I'm so done. If you're thinking about banking here... think twice. There are plenty of more reputable banks in town that don't feel the need to nickel and dime you to death, and actually understand what it means to have customer service. They also know how to accurately count cash, which is a definite plus for a bank. LOL
