I love this health food shop. It sells a large range of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, vitamins and…read morebooks. It also does little kitchen nic naks and more. This shop quite reguarly has a half price sale. This is when I buy the most from this shop. I tend to stock up on the small packets of fruit and nut snacks for the families lunch boxes. This is a nice sized store with wide aisles, so easy for mums with pushchairs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Anyway Richard from the shop served me. I asked for a tonic or something natural for him to either drink or eat just to give his body some goodness. He was so rude said ask the doctor. I ended up at the pharmacist in Rochford. Near co op. They were so helpful. Definitely would avoid sunrise for advise. Left us feeling like a nusience and all I wanted was to build my son up. :(
