Spectrum provided me a quote that was higher than average but I decided to go with them anyway. My final invoice was ~40% higher than the initial quote. They split the invoice into parts and send it over multiple months. Spectrum refused to reply to my emails and then started charging sending me invoices for late payments. Finally, I receive an email explaining that estimates are never accurate. How can they claim their estimates are off by 40% if they are half the professionals they claim they are. Please, please stay away from Spectrum Financial, Tamara Berges and Janis Greene.
