I have had this carpet placed in almost every classroom and office space as an educator. It was filthy, especially around the fringes. Although I would vacuum it and sweep it, the wear and tear of the years inside a classroom took its toll. Last year after we had to leave for the massive stay at home orders, I cleaned my room and took things to a storage because I knew I would move to another school in the fall. I rolled up the rug and threw it into a storage facility. Well, I did not think to wrap it in plastic because I never had before and the rug was fine for another school year, but this particular time, moths had found their way to my rug and had a field day. Jonquil Carpet Cleaning & Restoration knew exactly what to do and then some. They treated the carpet, cleaned the fringes on the sides to a state that looked as if the rug was new, and it was a reasonable price. I am so pleased. I would recommend this company any time for its quality of work and wonderful customer service, especially dear Rose!

I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!

I had a really big project for them! Had carpeting removed in several rooms and replaced with wood flooring and some LVP in the basement. The carpeting removed was from two separate long stairwells, hallway, 4 bedrooms (plus closets), two additional rooms (living room area and a storage room), and making my kitchen and dining room areas existing wood floors come to life again. The moment I reached out for an estimate, I was greeted with very friendly service and quick responses and soon after a date for coming over to provide an estimate. Not to mention the pricing was very good in comparison to other companies I had reached out to. Rico's Flooring team was able to get all that work done in two weeks. I'm so happy with the work they did and highly recommend the team. I would most certainly use them again if I needed more flooring done. They are reliable, honest, friendly, and affordable.
