The last electrician to come out said he doesn't know how this house passed electrical inspection!! That's what happens when the builder has the city in their pocket!!! Next issue, the furnace and air handler is far too small for this house. It passed the pressure test, but is horribly weak and we freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. We have to have a new furnace and ac installed as ours isn't cutting it. So $12000 later.... Such a horrible experience!! Glad the builder is out of business!!
