We were greeted as soon as we stepped in and quickly was shown the main lobby, pool area, and two models. The 2/2 option was stunning and my favorite layout. The 3/2 was bigger, but seemed smaller the way it was laid out. We ultimately wanted to look for apartments that offered no carpet throughout and Ascend offered that with their first floor units. The grounds are amazing and being that they are a new complex, everything is clean, quiet, & stunning! Close to shopping and main roads, yet it's so quiet once inside. This may be my new home!

Initially, they did not calculate our rent properly and left off an item that was $25. They didn't discover this for two months and backbilled us for *their* mistake. The amenities that they "offer" when you're touring, barely work. The grills are always nasty & the outside bar does not function. There is I guess what you would call a dog park, in which they put a bin that never gets emptied, the bags never get filled, the scent alone is enough to make you throw up - not to mention all of the dog poop that doesn't get picked up. We had maintenance at our unit the first day we moved in because the washer wasn't functional and didn't spin. Left our clothes drenched in water, they did however replace it the next day. A few months later, the load size knob fell off of the washer and was not functional AGAIN. Maintenance came and fixed it, just for it to fall off a few weeks later. At this point, we are not going to call again - it's clearly useless. There are two leaks coming from upstairs and it took nearly a month for them to come look at the first leak (which was never addressed with the unit upstairs). The shower drain had a stench so bad, we always had to keep the door closed and the water literally eroded the lining of the shower no matter how many times we cleaned it. Any time something was needed from the office, you can NEVER get through. Doesn't matter what time you call or how many times you call. You're better off going in if you need something. Upon moving out, we took several days to ensure everything was proper in the apartment and clean. They also don't do a final walkthrough - you "drop the keys off and you're good to go!" We patched any holes (as instructed), cleaned all appliances, showers, cabinets, etc. We even took pictures for proof. We are now being charged two cleaning fees and three damage fees. Rent also went up nearly $350 in 6 months. Much more than anything around in the area - and definitely not worth what they are charging. Whatever you do, please do not waste your time. There are plenty of complexes that are reasonably priced with more amenities and attentive staff than Princeton Parc and Bell Partners. Good luck, if I could give zero stars I would :)

As a tenant who paid consistently on time I felt frustrated that simple communication couldn't be accomplished. They immediately showed me how unprofessional and rude they could be. The email I received threatening to add charges to my account if I didn't just accept what had already been charged to me turned me off completely and caused some regret as I wish I would have gave my money to a better company. Overall I had no issues with staying at the property or it's amenities but i recommend documenting everything and ensuring you know your legal rights.

We moved in from New Jersey, we did everything online. We were looking for a first floor apartment…read morebecause we have a service dog. There no carpet in them apartment. Just before we got down here it was taken. "THANKS" We had to settle for third floor apartment with all carpet. "THANKS AGAIN" First couple days were good, first water leak, fire sprinkler system pipe busted in a closet. Lucky us, a few months later the kitchen sink sprung a leak, the maintenance crew came to fix it and broke water pipe underneath the sink. Water water everywhere... During the winter, we had an invite a guests, the roaches moved in. We keep our place clean so we knew it wasn't us.. as time went on the roaches just got bigger. maintenance was called the Came and sprayed the apartment. Now is the time for us to leave the apartment because our lease was over and we didn't want to live with uninvited Guests. They expected our apartment to look as good as it did when we moved in.. we had a dog that said there. They wanted to keep our security deposit plus the charge another1400 to replace the carpet. We are fighting the amount charge for that crazy end of lease. We got it down to $600 and still fighting it.. Be warranted places that's because it was when we moved in.

First off the office staff was amazing they made the move in process simple, easy, and fast! The amenities are amazing! I've lived in places where the photos don't match the complex but here the pictures don't do it justice of how well maintained everything is! The pool, gym, and even the office building and apartments look like they truly care about professionalism and their residents quality of life. Shout out to the maintenance team who are genuinely amazing and care about the residents needs. Had a plumbing problem in a Sunday and they did not delay the weekend on call guy was right there. And then Kahlil Wilson who did our routine inspection! He really took his time to make sure everything was functioning properly and changed our air filter. Not only that he explained why he did what he was doing and the purpose for it. So all in all everyone here has been amazing! If your new to Florida or even Brevard county or a long time Floridian looking for a place to call home. I highly recommend coming here!

You can tell he is smiling when he picks up the phone. Courtney greeted our weary party (3 vehicles, 5 adults & 2 dogs tired from a 2-1/2 day trip) and had us checked in with keys in hand within 30 minutes. Our apartment is amazing. We wake up to the sunrise and enjoy coffee on our patio overlooking beautifully landscaped areas. It is clean, the entry ways are well lit, we don't hear our neighbors, etc. Who knew that I would Google "apartment living in Melbourne" in early February and be living here by 4/1? I felt right at home with Anthony who we flew down to meet and tour the property in late February. From the office staff, to the maintenance team, to the residents--Highlands Viera West may be our FOREVER home.
