We can't come everyday however the benefit to my sons training and the amount of fun he has makes the days we can attend worth it. Mark incorporates games that are not only fun but teach and sustain the fundamentals. There's not a kid at the class who isn't laughing, smiling and having a good time. Attendance at the kids camp has supercharged my sons ju jitsu training and I can already see improvement in the techniques Mark has taught. If your children are interested in ju jitsu I would highly recommend attendance at Alpha. Mark is patient but firm and provides phenomenal instruction while keeping the kids on task.
