Twice in the last three years I have received both texts and emails reminding me of an up and coming appointment. After arriving I'm told I was not on their schedule. I was scheduled for an appointment on June 9th 2026 at 9:30AM. The week prior, a crown came off a back moler. I replied back to the reminder text regarding the issue. They immediately called and suggested I arrive at 9:00 rather than 9:30 in order for Dr. Fox to evaluate his repair. When I arrived this morning, I was told I was not on the schedule to be seen. The young lady gawked at the computer screen. Then looked up and said. "How about July 28th"? I explained my situation and she was clueless of what to do. After I said I'd go to another dentist, another young lady looked up and came to help MS Clueless. She was much brighter. She offered the next day June 10th at 9:00AM. I thanked her and asked her to schedule the appointment. Later in the day, I received both email and text reminders. The email came with an apology. Once Dr. Fox completes the repair, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I own my my own business and inefficieny is never allowed from my employees.

The receptionist was kind and thorough with the paperwork I had to fill out. I wasn't kept waiting more than 5 minutes before I was seen. My hygienist, Jill had a great personality. She wasn't fake nice- she was knowledgeable and explained everything before she did it. She took her time going through the after care without making me feel like I was wasting her time. I met the dr briefly but he also was thorough. The equipment they used was up to date and made X-rays a lot easier to deal with when I already had a sore mouth. Even the bathrooms were super clean. The waste basket is sensor automated which shows me that they really care about cleanliness. I'm so glad I chose this place and plan on being with them for a long time.

After receiving a quote of over $1,000 for the bone graft--significantly more than the cost of the same procedure she received last year at her regular dentist for about a third of the price--we were understandably confused. We asked to speak with Dr. Drooger to better understand why the price was so inflated. When he entered the room, his demeanor was nothing short of unprofessional. His first words were, "Yeah?"--hardly a welcoming or respectful way to address a patient's concerns. When I introduced myself as her husband and tried to ask for a detailed explanation of the costs and the procedure, his only response was, "It costs this much because I went to school for 16 years." That was the extent of his explanation--no insight into the procedure, no breakdown of the charges, just a rude and dismissive attitude. We were left in disbelief at how we were treated. He didn't explain any of the procedure codes or why this bone graft was priced so much higher than the one my wife had received previously. Instead, he rushed out of the room without providing any further clarification, leaving us feeling dismissed and disrespected. After the encounter, we expressed our dissatisfaction with his behavior, but unfortunately, the damage had already been done. Although his dental assistant tried to answer our questions, the lack of professionalism and medical explanation left us with no confidence in proceeding with the surgery. We ultimately decided to leave and not go through with the procedure. The worst part is, that I would have probably paid for the overpriced bone graft had we been treated with basic dignity. My wife and I both took time off work for this appointment, only to be met with poor customer service and an unwillingness to address our concerns. At this new practice it always feels rushed and the treatment reflects that. I've basically begged for help for a year over multiple appointments to deal with teeth pain and bad taste I had around implants. Multiple x rays were taken across two trips from what I recall, and kept being told I was all good. Eventually I had to assume they didn't know what they were talking about or just didn't want to deal with it so I went out for other opinions because they just wouldn't help me get to the cause. And this wasn't severe pain and I wasn't looking for pain treatment, I just wanted to fix the tooth and get rid of the taste I knew wasn't right. After seeing another dentist, an oral surgeon, and a prosthodontist I can assure you there was a lot wrong for quite awhile. Some of these other dentist have much nicer x rays and technology but they said even with older machines it should have been clear. But because I had waited too long to see them I am now looking at implant removal, maybe two of them, and then bone grafts to rebuild and then hopefully a reinstall of implant(s). I'm seeing multiple specialist because some want to pull one implant and some want to pull both because of how bad it got. Then I have to explain I haven't been ignoring my teeth, have been going in for cleaning every 6 months, and have specifically brought up there area in question for over a year and for some reason, the dental professional I put my faith and money into, steered me completely wrong and then wouldn't even return my calls since all this. Don't worry though I paid that last bill you were able to send even though my calls and voicemails were ignored. Do yourself a favor, protect your teeth and your own wellbeing and see someone who has the time, skills, and technology to get yourself treated correctly.
