All the many times I've been there the staff have been awesome. Except this time. I have a very valuable cymbal that I wanted to trade for silencing equipment and due to "staff shortage" (as I was told), I'd be helped until another customer came in. Then he'd leave me, go help that guy and come back. Most times I'd be fine with this because I know post-Covid businesses had to scale back. But when I learned he had ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN THE BACK who could've come out to help, I realized I didn't matter to them at all. I was just a number now and all the miles and loyalty was for naught. This is why companies like Sam Ash and Guitar Center are pulling business away. I already know I'm a number there, so I don't expect help or respect. I get what I need and get gone. I go to places like Salt City Drums because of the personalized service and "drum talk" I always got from them. Now that they don't care to do that anymore, there's no reason for me to return.
