After she answers the phone her first thing she says to me is, "what do you want", how about "how can I help you", try that. I wouldn't take my dogs here if is was free if this lady talks to new clients like that imagine what they do to our dogs. I will smearing this business till I die. The lady that answers the phone needs to be retrained or fired as she has cost that veterinary money.. I'm probably not the only that's she talked to like this. I'm sure her boss or the owner would love to hear how she talks to new customers. When I asked her if she is rude to new customers all the time, she hung the phone up on me. Hope people take notice cause if they are rude on the phone they are probably mean to our dogs also. The lady was a cunt.

I would not recommend this place. When I picked up my dog his towels were soaked with pee and he…read morewas starving. They don't take them out to poop or pee but but boast they have a doggie door with their own outside area. It's all concrete. I don't think he pooped the entire time he was there because the minute I got him home he pooped 5 times. I packed pre packaged food for him with instructions on only many times a day he was to be fed and he missed at least 4 meals. I was told he "wasn't eating" which is BS because when I called to check on him and asked if he was eating I was told the standard "he's eating fine" so they either lied or didn't bother following my directions. Plus they lost a $10 bone I have left with his toys. I don't think they played with him at all.

I told them, when I dropped him off that they were not to shave him, no cutting of his fur less than two inches and repeated this multiple times. They shaved unevenly on his butt and to the skin on the inside of back legs and left long hair on both rear legs, he also has a sore on his butt after grooming, so I had to take him to the vet. The owner said she'd send vet bill to insurance (couldn't say how long that would take) but would not give me a refund. Vet said it will take months for regrowth of his fur and now he has nothing to protect his skin on his back end.
