Hooray, it's not only convenient but she also does a great job! We have a very fury golden retriever and a wild and lovable golden doodle. They go into the truck a little matted and sometimes not smelling so fresh from playing so much and they come out transformed into show dogs. Okay, maybe not show dogs, but looking as good as they possibly can. She is great with them and I've been super happy with her expertise on knowing how to trim my golden's "feathers," (the hair that grows long on her under belly and hind legs) and give my golden doodle and much needed all over trim. You pay for convenience on this one but it is so worth it if you are a busy pet owner who can't find time to get to the groomer. It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was rude, rude, and more rude. Including the manager on duty. They spoke over me and wouldn't let me explain what I wanted done. When I told them I would go elsewhere the reply was fine we don't care. Furthermore, when I said I would probably leave a poor review the person said "Good they do not care. So, really save yourselves a waste of time and skip them.

We were told we couldn't bring her in any more because of her age. Evidently they now have a policy to not service dogs greater than 12 years of age. When we picked her up, they asked if she's had trouble standing to which we acknowledged and explained she has been receiving treatment.
