The kennels have cots for the dogs to sleep on, so they aren't on a cold floor. They can also bring a toy from home if they would like. I don't think they allow blankets, due to soiling and such. They have a cute playground set up for the doggos with slides and play ground equipment (dog safe, of course). They also offer grooming. Our German shepherd has had plenty of spa days there. She also goes to daycare at least once a month. Whether we are on vacation or just sending her for a play day, she always rushes to the door to go inside. That tells me she loves it there. I've taken her to other daycares that she didn't even want to get out of the car, which is not like her. The staff are so sweet and take the time to get to know all of the pups there. They also let us know how Jaci did and who her buddies are when she stays. The pricing is very fair and affordable. Definitely recommend!!

Daycare participants are screened for temperament and health concerns before being admitted to daycare so this gives me peace of mind. Also, have boarded my labs here and the care taken is extraordinary. Appreciate that they have indoor/outdoor kennels available that allow dogs to go outside. Kennels are kept spotless and plenty of water is always available. Staff does an excellent job of attending to dogs' needs and following feeding regimen that owner requests. Bathing and grooming is well done and dogs were returned smelling like a spa day. Also have had training in doggie manners and good citizenship with top notch trainers. Our labs love it here and have been regulars for over two years with no problems or concerns.

On Saturday 6/7/25 I had the worst experience with this groomer Maria & her husband. I was referred…read moreto this business. I asked to trim my 9 week old, 2.5 pound golden doodle puppy. Maria the owner looked over Kenzo my puppy & showed me his ears needed cleaning. I gave permission to clean ears & trim nails only. When I was informed Kenzo was ready 1.5 hrs later I found him in distress. Maria's husband had my puppy wrapped in a towel. Kenzo was shaking, breathing different and drooling profusely. I immediately noticed how different he was. I went home, within 5 minutes he had difficulty breathing & would pass out on floor. Kenzo couldn't stand on his own. O immediately rushed him to Veterinary Hospital. Upon arrival they immediately rushed him to get xrays. The xrays showed excessive fluid in his lil lungs & his body temperature dropped drastically. I called Maria & told her what has occurred. She arrived to vet & tried talking over myself & vet. The vet stated that Kenzo was guarded & couldn't be saved. My puppy of only a week was euthanized. This has devastated myself & grandson who was present with me & witnessed this tragic ordeal. Puppy Dawgz Grooming was very negligent & never got my consent to bathe my small puppy. As a professional groomer they knew better not to give a bath to a 8.5 week puppy. This business has not contacted me whatsoever. They only paid the vet bill which she knew she was responsible for & left. I've called numerous times & texted. They won't respond or answer my calls. This is unacceptable & devastating. Kenzo was a Mothers Day gift that I was only able to have in our lives a week due to their negligence. Please don't use this business. We're heartbroken.
