We didn't need that. We just needed drawings. We have a Gen Contractor - told the firm that multiple times but we kept having to circle back to that statement and 3) Altho new to our industry time was spent giving us advice on space usage that was not in our directive to them. We knew what we needed to go where and I felt that was at times ignored in favor of their advice or opinion. A very expensive mistake for me using this company.
