I'd try Vergola or Equinox next time. Much better product and better customer service. Smart Patio Plus publicly responded Hi Solena Landscape, Our records indicate that you purchased our material in May of 2020 and have not communicated with us since. We have an office staff of 12 including a dedicated customer service department and customer service manager. You have not called us since you have taken receipt of your material and the patio installed - which was over two years ago. Clearly this is not about bad customer service, product, or the owner. This is about Solena Landscape now choosing to represent other products and bad-mouthing the competition. The only delays we experienced were post-pandemic when the world shut down. Our lead times were slower than what we would have loved to have given customers at that time, but still many months quicker than other suppliers, including the ones you listed in your review. Your promotion of "Vergola" and "Equinox" lead us to believe you are a new dealer that cannot compete with our excellent service, product, and quick lead times, and all the reasons why we sell over 1,000 patio systems a year. As of the date of your Yelp review, your website has a video of you personally boasting about our louvered patio. One would not do that if they were not overly joyed with the product and overall experience we provide. Although Yelp may not understand the legality of false reviews, you are liable for slander and defamation and we take this very seriously. Please call us at 909-394-1710 to further discuss - we are always happy to assist. - Laura, Manager

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing ServPro is a predatory business…read more BE VERY CAREFUL! I would NEVER use ServPro even if my entire property is drenched in water. They are a highly litigious company and in fact that's part of their business model. Read just one of their court cases below and you'll find out who and what they are. Their entire business model from start to finish is suspect. They use people's desperation at a time of disaster to abuse their power and to over-charge 10X for mediocre performance. Their equipment is very old, their pricing is outrageous and you'll never know what the pricing is until it's too late and you are on the hook. Do NOT trust them and proceed with extreme caution. We had a hoarder renter in our high-end unit. The smells were hard to tolerate; the carpets and walls were a mess (see before pics), and there was mold in the garage due to a leaky pipe. The door handles were missing, as were the closet doors. Holes in the walls, greasy cabinets, walls, and ceilings. The smoke detectors were missing, and nearly everything else was either broken or missing altogether. Once all the junk was removed, we didn't know where to turn. We called SERVPRO of HB (note that not all SERVPROs are equal, so be sure to have the correct office). We met with Eddy, and he immediately calmed us down with his soft-spoken manner and his amazing command of the situation. He knew exactly what to do to move us from panic to calm. Eddy not only knew what to do on the repairs, but he also had a keen sense of style. It was as if he could see the finished product through all the ugly distractions. He provided us with a detailed estimate within a couple of days to bring everything back to a fresh and new-looking state. I must say, we first thought he might be exaggerating. I mean, the place was terrible-looking and smelled, all 2,300 sq. ft. of it. As it turns out, he did everything he promised. In fact, we had never seen the place look so good. The provided pictures do not do justice to the transformation. Everything smelled fresh and looked like a brand new home. Their attention to detail was top-notch, as was their constant updates. They met their three-week goal. By the time they were done, the place was move-in ready. Thank you, SERVPRO, and especially Eddy, who stayed with us the whole way. What an amazing company.

What I needed was sprinkler repair. I had five automatic sprinkler valves in which half were leaking 24 hours a day. I wanted them all replaced. I called up Accent Lighting and Sprinkler and made an appointment. Dan showed up right on time and got to work. He's a quirky guy but he knows his stuff and does the job right. Replacing the valves is a tedious job that involves lots of digging. He replaced the valves and the manifold did such a good job you couldn't even tell the ground was disturbed.
