The whole interaction was easy start to finish. 2. Sheldon worked closely and personally with us and stayed in contact with the team I was on...even multiple members of the team!! He was extremely responsive to my texts and phone calls. 3. They were on time. 4. They did a great job moving out / moving in. They took excellent care of all the items they moved and didn't leave anything behind. 5. Pricing was very fair. Sheldon was also very clear about their procedures. He was very clear that I should provide him with an inventory so that he could offer a reliable and accurate quote.   6. We did not have one single problem with Grizzly Movers!!! Recently, I had a complicated move with a tight deadline. Reaching Grizzly early on a Saturday afternoon, they astonished me (the first of many) by booking the move and arriving within 2 hours. The crew was friendly and gung-ho. They quickly got to work, tackling many stairs and tight doorways. Saturday's move went smoothly and Sunday was no different. This was the second time using this company and they were definitely on top of things. Hired them to move a HEAVY couch I purchased from Facebook marketplace to my place, and I underestimated the length of the couch since we have narrow hallways at our place but they used their brains and were able to make it happen!
