He brought it all the way down to the original stucco. Martinez is professional and very punctual! His prices are comparable and I would definitely recommend him. UPDATE: I eventually got my deposit back, but I had to get my attorney involved and it took over a year. The refund came in the form of monthly payments because the contractor spent my deposit already.

Not only did it take 1 year to complete this project (permit delays due to incomplete paperwork and no-shows by A&A Concrete Solutions), but it was also done poorly. Ariel is very quick to collect deposits and will smile in your face and say the right things. But will give you the runaround, odd excuses, or flat out ignore your calls/messages when there is an issue. There are DOZENS of cracks 2 months after the concrete was poured, edges were left unfinished, & the sealant was applied poorly and uneven (see picture). Ariel agreed that the work was done improperly and he would have it fixed. In addition, he made decisions at his own discretion and did not install the drain we discussed. Now there are pools of water every time it rains. When we pointed this out to him he said in order to fix it we would have to tear up the concrete completely and start all over. It was clear he was not at all involved with the project nor supervised his employees. We have spent the past 3 months trying to coordinate with Ariel to fix the work and the items we discussed. Even after agreeing on dates and times to fix the work Ariel and his crew either wouldn't show up or would show up a different day and time where we couldn't supervise or sign off on the incomplete items. Until this day we have been trying to contact them and they have ignored our calls and text messages. Due to their lack of response it looks like we will need to hire another company to fix A&A Concrete Solutions. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the DBPR and discussing the best next steps with an attorney. We will not be going away until this is resolved. If you have been affected by this company negatively I urge you to share your experiences on all platforms (Yelp, google, Facebook). Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company will waste your time, energy, and money.

Day of work, they were on time, early morning actually, and had my home's exterior paint project done in 3 days. Workers were friendly, attentive and eager to please. Left no messes behind, took their time to prepare home for painting, pressure cleaning roof and walls first. Next day, made sure to tape windows and floors to prevent overspray or paint, caulked and repaired cracks, then went for it and finished the project fast and done right!!! I'm pleased and appreciate their nice work. Hopefully time will also prove the quality of their work. I upgraded the paint to Sherwin Williams Super paint so i certainly hope so. They also installed new porch lights and entrance pendant. Much appreciated. Will call them back for other work when needed. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
