Their booking strategy changed with the pandemic; it used to be a no reservations, walk-ins only salon where sometimes you'd sit down immediately, sometimes you'd wait an hour+. Now it's an only reservations, no walk ins with a pretty easy booking process online. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was different because they designed the barber shop to be very inviting and relaxing. Very modern setup with phone charging stations, flat screens and great music playing. Most importantly, my haircut. I had Xavier who was super friendly and is the owner.
