Scam company. Delivered wrong pair of shoes. Refused to provide a replacement pair. 100% avoid.

I should have read these horrible reviews before ordering online. Ordered shoes, waited 3 business days and emailed Grivet asking for the status. Zero order status communication after the sale and they don't answer their phone or email. Update: They finally emailed and said: "Your order #152738 has been canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order." read more

I finally found the pair of Oofos I have been wanting at Grivet Outdoors; though I had never heard of them before, I took a chance and placed an order. Grivet's shipped them to me very quickly and they were exactly what I ordered. read more

I ordered sneakers from Grivet Outdoors a week ago and the full week went by without any status updates. I reach out to them today to request an update on shipping date and delivery timeline and receive an email a few hours later that the order has been cancelled - no explanation at all. This is quite frustrating as I could have ordered the shoes elsewhere and received them within the week. If you don't have stock available - don't make the order or cancel much quicker than a week! read more

I placed an order through them, and they shipped the wrong product. Instead of replacing my order, they expected me to pay for return shipping and to not refund me for my item (that they no longer had in stock) until I returned the original item. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is ridiculous that the customer should pay for their mistake and have to pay to return the wrong item. When pushed about this, their customer service Indicated that this was the policy. Definitely not a good company. Customer service is key, and they do not value the customer. read more

Horrible online return policy- "lifetime returns" maybe but it's a steep price!! This is why Amazon has won.

Placed an order online for pair of shoes. Emailed looking for shipping and tracking information. Replied later with computer generated email with that information and then within a few hours canceled my order and stated my refund had yet to be issued. 1.don't sell product you don't have. (I checked online and product was still listed) 2. Refund should be issued as soon as order is canceled. read more

The store was unexpectedly closed today after I drivall the way down there, so I guess a tip would be to call & make sure they are open before you go. In my experience with this store the staff is usually helpful and friendly. The shop has great shoes & cool accessories. read more

What a TERRIFIC place to buy a pair of walking shoes. Truly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff members. It feels like they're there to serve more than sell. The staffer who helped me impressed me with her attitude of willing service and warmth--not to mention a remarkably detailed technical and practical product knowledge. I received the best shoe shopping service I've ever had today at Grivet's. Cameron thought ahead to measure my feet because the brand I was looking at runs small, he filled me in on the different characteristics of each shoe I tried on, and even when I didn't end up purchasing a pair, he told me it was a win for him because he was able to help me find my size and figure out what I was looking for. I'd give them a minus 5 if I could. Don't order anything through Walmart from these people. The $50 dollar pair of sandals that I ordered from them came in a crushed box, the wrong size, and there feels to be a lump in the arch in one of the sandals. They want me to pay an additional $10 dollars in shipping to send the shoes back to them, so they can decide if they want to refund my money for the miss-sized, defective shoes, or if they will charge me some more money for a restocking fee.... Terrible Company. You've been warned. read more
