Unfortunately, our unit and house had bigger issues. The service technician, Jeff explained all of our issues to us and answered all of my questions. We ended up needing a new unit and some ductwork done. Within a week our new unit was installed by Mike and his guys and I couldn't be happier or WARMER!!
