I have used nearly every service Staging 2 Sell it provides and am equally impressed with all…read more The most recent was staging the home I had lived in for 36 years. It sold to a family that toured it the second day after it was listed and offered $2,500 over listing price! Prior to this, they assisted me in moving to my "forever home" this fall. They helped me decide what items I should move and suggested where to place them for maximum impact. They did some painting and made suggestions on the person that laid flooring and engaged the movers being there during the actual move instructing the movers where to place items. The move was flawless and almost painless! After that they went with us to help select several pieces of furniture and were here two months later when it was delivered. I was very impressed with them when customers approached them at the furniture store and asked them questions. Without hesitation they said what they believed. During the last five years and before these experiences, I had them for three consultations in addition to having them stage three "flippers". With the flippers, they looked at them in their original conditions and made suggestions on what to do to enhance their appearance, flow, and value. They always make economical suggestions and I firmly believe they have saved me more money than what their services have cost. They listen and encourage my input. I can not praise them adequately enough. I look forward to more experiences with them! Norma Walker

Mike tells you how it is, whether it works to his benefit or not. The area he services doesn't have an extremely large amount of realtors. Some work hard, and some don't. This being said, he is the only one I trust. He is timely, honest, and a great advocate for you. He is refreshingly honest in an industry where you expect otherwise. He is quick to point out issues that need dealt with. And he's great in helping you discover potential, as well. I don't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone in the area. He's familiar with the County and can also service outlying areas. He is solid on his knowledge on construction and potential problems. I think he exemplifies the down-to-business attitude and work ethic the state is known for. Give him a try and like us, you may find just the right home for you.

We ended up parting ways with him and had to GC the rest of the build ourselves. We came across Luther in searching for flooring and they were AMAZING. Not only did Todd and Nicole help with flooring, they went above and beyond trying to help us in our time of need. They juggled schedules to help us get in our home, helped with flooring and tile, helped us find other subcontractors we needed to continue on with the finish work for our home, and all the while kept a sense of humor and a smile! They have simply been the best to work with and I would send anyone their way undoubtedly!!

I was yelled at by the receptionist and told I am not doing this take your business somewhere else, your bill will be wiped. I called whom i believe is the owner that i was talking to get a quote. I was then lied to and yelled at by him. Was told when trying to get quote i would have to be called back because no one was in the office then I was just told he was in the office the whole time and heard the entire conversation. When I called this time I was told I was in the office for the entire conversation and don't agree with how she handled it. In the same breath I was asked if I could be called back because he was getting out of his truck. This company should only be called in a dire emergency where no one else can/will come.
