I would highly recommend TurnKey Realty. Joyce and Penny are both amazing. My husband and I tried to buy a house for years and just couldn't get approved because of credit. Our luck finally changed and Penny found us a house a year ago that we fell in love with but wasn't on the market yet due to it being a foreclosure. Penny never gave up on it and kept us updated on its status. We started the process on getting this house last August and we ran into a lot of troubles with the loan place and was declined a couple days before our closing date which was in December but Penny was right there to save the day. Penny made some calls and found us a new loan place. Penny helped us through the whole process again and we closed on our new house the end of January of this year.
