I had planned a few games and expected to struggle organizing 40+ kids, but I quickly realized I wasn't doing it alone; Kendra and her team were right there helping every step of the way. Kendra truly has the patience of a saint. She was fantastic with the kids and even wore pajamas to fully lean into the party theme, which the kids loved. I'm beyond grateful for all of their help, and the party was such a hit because of them. Safe to say this may be our new annual Christmas party spot!

We were supposed to go in at 3:30, we did not go in until 3:45 according to staff it was due to the previous party taking long to leave... we were the second ones to arrive but our party was the the last one to get seated and that's only because my sister asked one of the girls. Once in there everything was fine until they brought the pizza. The pizza was cold! We were never told the do not make the pizza there! The package we got came with 4 pizzas and we were told on the phone that if we needed more we could just let them know the day of but it would take a little longer. Once the pizza arrived besides being cold we realized it was from little Caesars. I don't mind the pizza being from there BUT at least make sure it's hot! The young lady who was helping us with the pizza and drinks would just take things without asking. When it was time to clean she didn't ask if people were done, she just started taking off the plastic table cover with everything still on the table and rolling it getting ready to throw everything away until we told her that there was personal stuff on there! That's just rude! You ask if people are done not just assume everything on the table is trash. Then she took the pitchers with soda without letting anyone know and people were still drinking specially when they were done skating. When it was time the security starts staring you down by your table and starts saying you need to hurry up and get all your things, my husband told him oh you guys want us to hurry but didn't mind letting us in late well now we're going to take our time. Overall this place needs a lot of improvement when it comes to organizing parties. Train your employees to always ask the people on their tables if they are done with something before throwing it away or taking it away. Sell little Caesar's pizza double/triple the price but at least make sure it's hot before serving it!

I was experiencing irritation in my ankle from stiff skates but they put bandage and tape to prevent it from getting worse. These pros are the real deal, full package. They even taught me rollerskate maintenance and a little five minute lesson. These are people who are passionate and care as well as the djs and every staff member. Keep this gem in chino open as long as possible. I highly recommend the lessons on Saturdays from 11-12 because you also have free skate with a dj after. Love skate express.

I'm not too sure about prices or activities like stick time or public skating, but I give it 4 stars if you're just here to watch a hockey game or practice. Ice looked pretty decent, place is pretty clean, and it's a pretty cool vantage point to watch from the balcony area upstairs. A little too far from my house, but good to know this place is here in case I ever want to come back and play or skate.

The place is definitely aged and the carpet on the benches needs to be replaced. The skating was soooo much fun. Lots of kids falling all over the place though so I had to make quick detours as I was trying to get the feel of roller skating again. One suggestion is for them to put a bar in each of the bathroom stalls as it's difficult to get up off the toilet without wiping out. I'll definitely be back! Probably for an adult skate next time.
