There were some nice sitting comfort chairs and everything looked very historic like the Memphis area. They had an array of sandwiches and salads and pizza and coffees and desserts with the cookies and the brownies. If you just want to curl up and read a good book and have a snack, this is the best place. The service was fantastic. They were very accommodating and very patient with our incisions with all the fantastic choices they provided. Well, I ordered the delicious chicken sandwich and my granddaughter ordered the Smashburger. She ate that burger so fast I was still working on the lettuce. LOL the food was delicious. She ordered a brownie, and I had a chocolate chip cookie and they tasted homemade. She would barely give me a piece of her brownie to taste. During postpartum and my transition back to work, I made it a little ritual to treat myself to a coffee and a cronut from Barefruit once a week (or sometimes more- lol). Some days were (and still are) incredibly hard, but I'm always greeted with the warmest welcome and the kindest smiles. They take the time to ask about my son and how I'm doing, and they even help with quick pickup orders, so I'm not late for work. On the toughest days, they somehow just know. Whether it's a joke, a thoughtful question, or simply a friendly smile, they always manage to brighten my morning. They genuinely care about their customers and make you feel like family.
