My favourite is the lemon juice. Yes it's pretty odd but there's something about the fresh tangy lemon that really gets me going! If you have a hangover you should definitely get yourself one of these! Some of my other favourites are the different juice mixes... I'm not sure if they're considered smoothies or what but they're so damn good! All the flavours I've tried work perfectly together. Never the less, this is one awesome fruit store which really blows my mind with it's selection and pricing. All be it a little more expensive than my local vege store it's still pretty good. They have stores all over the city and offer great service and selection. Great parking right outside the door and this particular store has the Mad Butcher right next door which is great! Saving money on veges and meat! BONUS.

FRESH GINGER?…read more no? maybe that's just me? anyhow, new zealand's a fine place to be a ginger-lover (i've already sampled three different varieties of micro-brewed ginger beer and, have since become an addict). tangent aside, this juice bar hits the spot. not only is it directly across from my office, they also have reasonable prices, you don't have to wait in an obnoxious 15 minute line (*cough* tank *cough*) and they use hurom slow juicers which are designed to squeeze every last nutrient out of that fruit, veggie, nourishment of choice. today i opted for a beet, apple, fresh ginger (DUH) concoction which had the perfect amount of zing to get me through tuesday afternoon. a small 3-4 veggie/fruit juice (served in a generous 16oz cup) will set you back $5.90 - which i think is pretty fair given competitor prices and the quality of the juice. plus the service is so darn friendly, you just have to return the smiles. i do wish they provided straws, though. something just feels weird about sipping a freshly squeezed juice coffee-style.

I've tried a variety of things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I had their pork bahn mi (lunch special only) and it's now one of my favorites (on par with the ones from Hello Mister). Service has always been friendly and the decor is quite nice as well. Although it's a casual restaurant atop the mall, they've made the effort with indoor plants and lighting to make it feel more upscale. I'm so happy that a Vietnamese restaurant of this quality has opened up near me. If I were to move suburbs, I would still consider making a special trip just to come here. Highly recommended!
