Property Professionals is not…read morein the habit of honoring any sort of verbal agreement, unless they stand to benefit from it in some way. The honored a verbal agreement allowing me to paint the walls of the apartment I was renting, even though my lease stated it was forbidden. Yet, they DID NOT honor a verbal agreement pertaining to me moving out mid-month. Presumably, because they stood to make more money from me. The property manager ever said to me over the phone that the reason they allowed me to paint was because it added value to the apartment. So, I guess if they didn't like the color I choose I could've easily been charged or forced to paint over before leaving. Since I never had Carmen, the property manager, put those details in writing things could've gone worse. I still DO NOT recommend renting from Property Professionals of Bemidji to anyone.
