With the recent leak they came out quickly and inspected the roof and identified the problem and said someone would be out within a week to fix it. It did take a couple more calls but someone did come out and fix the issue within a couple weeks.

It felt quite manipulative that a couple of hours after we agreed on the price and extent of repairs, 'Johnny' called to say that he felt it best to replace the whole roof. This meant way more money, way more time, and taking off shingles that there's nothing wrong with them - 80-90% of the roof would've lasted another 20-30 years. He hinted that he would no longer be willing to do the job unless I agreed to have the whole roof replaced. Then, during FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT, the Mexican guys who work for him drilled a big hole in the ceiling, through the drywall; and then they dropped a big crowbar tool through the skylight, gouging a couple holes in the hardwood floor. When I told him about these incidents, his charming demeanor was gone - he looked doubtful, repeatedly asked if I was sure the hole wasn't there before, and clearly didn't want to be responsible for dealing with it. The ceiling drywall had to be repainted, which was a whole thing, because they used shiny instead of matte paint; then the color was wrong so they had to paint a couple of walls... and instead of having their most proficient guys do it, they were using the opportunity to teach their younger guys to paint - so it was a mess, and I strongly felt I needed to oversee them working and make corrections, or they'd damage something else. (Like getting paint on the floors, windows, and trim). I was quite busy with other things around this time and didn't enjoy having to do this. The damage to the floor was not fixed to satisfaction, (they had no idea what to do) but at that point I just wanted them all out of the house. After everything, I had to remind Johnny multiple times to send the warranty... Finally, as a side note: it is not super professional to - (in front of the customer - during a job) - act annoyed at or even argue with your WIFE , on the phone, when she calls. Just sayin'.

They assured me that it would hold up. The entire system has fallen from our property, causing A LOT of property damage. You can clearly see how the gutters were installed by hanging a 1x6 board with 1.5 inch screws. That was clearly a mistake on the installers part. I knew it was incorrect but the company refused to fix it and assured us all was good. I called for this to be remedied again after this episode and they refused to look at. They would send an installer out for $95 service fee to give me an estimate to reinstall new gutters. Worst service and product I have ever dealt with. Beware!
