These guys did a great job cleaning up the landscaping around my house. Unlike a few other…read morelandscaping companies, they worked with me to find a solution that did not require buying a ton of new plants, but instead to work with what I already had which saved us quite a bit of money. The work was quality (looks like a whole new house and yard) and they used extra crew members to knock out the 2-day job in just one day. Really pleased so would highly recommend them and we plan on using them again this Spring.

I've never dealt with a less professional company in my life, the only positive is the walkway and…read morepatio they were commissioned to do was pretty well done. But that doesn't even come close to all of the negatives; They didn't tell me the date or time they'd be showing up, they didn't tell me when they finished, I got no walk through when they were done, they broke my retaining wall on my front garden, they smashed the railing to my front steps which caused the stairs to partially break, they didn't do half of what they were contracted to do, AND they left wooden boards in my backyard which had nails STICKING UP that my dog stepped on and had to go get stitches because of it. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst Landscaping companies I have dealt with in my life. They have a blatant disregard…read morefor the environment and the laws that are set up to protect the waterways, and marshlands of Norwalk. Each year they dump all the leaves from a 32 home association into the protected areas and pond that sits on the property. The workers pee in my backyard (where kids playing and cars driving by can see), use my outdoor furniture and hammock, and many members of the association find alcohol containers in their backyard and trash receptors. Even though many members of the association have complained (provided picture and video) for 5+ years, the owner of Signature and the association board refuse to do anything. Despite us providing this proof Signature claim that the excessive accumulation is naturally occurring. When any member of the association tries to address this with the owner of Signature he emphatically deny's any wrong doing and then dismisses us. As a result, many trees are dying since the floor level has raised 3 feet; the marshland is disappearing, fish are dying and wildlife is diminishing. Despite launching many complaint with the City of Norwalk nothing is being done, and soon these areas will be destroyed. That being said if you are a member of your Home Owners Association and want considerably more attention given your yard as well as individual projects being done at the expense of the rest of the association then this company is for you.

We just recently had A+ Landcape over to our condo in Hamden to give us an estimate on re-doing…read moreour raggedy patio. We have an enclosed courtyard with a blue fieldstone patio.. the original from 1970 still here when we bought the place. The stones were all uneven, rocked and moved alot when you walked on them and there were some really old ugly shrubs in here that had to go .. we wanna do our own planting, etc. out there. We weren't even sure this company would take on our job ... figured it might be small potatoes to a place that, from their website, does some really nice landscaping and bigger jobs. Greg came over for the estimate visit and couldn't have been nicer. Never made us feel like this was too small a job for them .. he was very enthusiastic about the job, give us all the details and his recommendations re: what should be done and set the date. Based on the good reviews for this company on other sites and the confidence we felt, we booked him right on the spot. The nicest surprise we got was when they called a week earlier than we expected and ask if we wanted them to come out and do the job the next day! We jumped at it and told him very definitely. This job involved ripping and digging up 3 old bushes with huge root balls, flattening and re-soiling the entire planting area .. and the big part -- pulling up about 100 of our existing fieldstones, re-sanding and compacting/flattening the surface, then carefully re-laying our old stones nice and tight. They did this entire job in one long day ... and its perfect. We love the patio -- it looks 10 times better than we even thought it would ... can't wait to have people over and make them jealous now! I give the A+ Landscaping guys my highest recommendation. The people are great, the job they did was great and the price was definitely fair too. Great company!
