I bought a new house that had a built in barbecue outside. When I opened the hood, I saw a mountain of dirt, dust, grease and gross black filthy build up. It was extremely nasty and it seemed like the previous owners had never cleaned the machine. I looked up a few companies and Grill Masters, though quite far away, were the only ones that agreed to come out and clean it. When they came by, they noticed that the grill was actually broken and chipped and mentioned that it would be unsafe to continue to use as it could cause an explosion (!). They offered to install a new grill and gave a reasonable quote so I decided to have them install it for me. They came back with the new grill in a couple days and were able to remove the old one and install the new one in about an hour. I was very impressed and am eager to try it out! read more

John and Chris just came out and did an amazing job. My grill is on the older side and there are a few things that are not functioning optimally. I had scheduled them to come out for a cleaning, and before getting started, they pointed out some parts that were going bad. They weren't offering to sell me those parts at jacked up prices - they were referring me directly to the BBQ store, or Amazon for those parts and pointing out that adding up those costs with the deep cleaning may end up approaching the cost of a new grill. In essence, they were helping me to see the big picture, and appeared to be ready to walk away without getting any business from me today if I decided on just replacing the grill. In the end, we decided that I may get a little more time out of this grill, and rather than do the originally scheduled deep cleaning (which they feared could hasten the demise of my grill), they offered to do a more superficial cleaning and offered to charge me less! How often have you had someone come out and essentially *down*sell you on services when they think the original agreement isn't in your best interest?? This feels like a very honest company, in my opinion. Not only that, when they were done, John told me it didn't take as much time/work as I originally thought, so he charged me even less than the reduced price we agreed on! What? When was the last time you agreed on a price and after performing the service, someone *reduced* the price because it wasn't as difficult as they thought?? John and Chris seem amazing to me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs any grill services. read more

John and Chris called to see if they could come early, great start. The arrived early, proceeded to inspect my grill. Now, some background, I have been out my house for the past 15 months, the grill has not been used in that time. They looked at, and not once, but twice, John is suggesting I wait to get it cleaned. "The grill is in good shape, is it worth it to you to get it cleaned now?" I truly appreciated the honestly, high morals and ethics that both Chris and John demonstrated. Amazing service and attention to detail again! This was our second time using Grill Masters. We used them 2 years ago when we purchased our home. The home has a very nice built in BBQ and we wanted it "like new" for our first grilled meal. Two years later it was time for a refresh. We grill around 3-4 times a week.
