If I could give this place a zero star, I would. What kind of club / bar requires a reservation? We spoke to the bouncer and he was not helpful at all. He only asked if we had a reservation. Another group came up and did not have a reservation and he let them in. The one distinct difference was that we were not locals. Worse of the worse they only allow people they know or dressed to impress. They dont care if you are there to spend or have fun.

Worst experience ever. The main guy in the front is a big douche. Has a man bun with a beard. Only allows people he knows in regardless of your place in line. If he doesn't like you for any reason, he won't let you in. It's sad because I told them I was a tourist from miami and I wanted to check out the place to let others know. They did not care. You have all been warned. If you do not know anyone, you will not get in. I even offered to buy several bottles. They didn't care. Good luck, hope you find other places to spend your money on. I'm an international person that was not let in to this club because I was not national. I believe it was because my group was not dress to empress. I don't recommend this club at all. International people don't waist your money on ignorant people. International people bring the money to this place for them to be basing it in looks. Yesterday my friends and I went to the grill to celebrate a birthday and we received terrible treatment. We had made a reservation and decided to order a bottle of vodka while we were waiting for our friend who were still in line. When I asked for a menu I was surprised to see how expensive everything was. I asked the server what was the cheapest vodka and he told me Belvedere, which cost over 2,100 pesos. I later found out that the server had lied to use and there was a second menu with bottles of vodka for around $1,000 pesos. Are friends had still not entered and when I went to investigate I was told by the security guard that they did not meet the standards to enter. My friends were sober and well dressed. The security guards would not tell us why our friends were not being let in (we believe they were discriminated against due to their body figure and sexual orientation). Eventually a security guard told me that none of our friends could get in because one of them did not have a button down shirt. This confused me because many of the men already inside did not have button down shirts. Overall, we were treated differently because we are not from Mexico. I would not recommend this bar to anyone visiting Guanajuato. read more

Came to this club looking for a good time, visiting Guanajuato from California. We initially got there an hour before the club opened, I asked about table reservations and the bouncer acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. We showed up later and waited in line for 45 minutes while the bouncers let in 50 other people who had "reservations" with 10-15 people in their group. I've read through all the reviews, and I'm pretty confused. As usual, people looking back at an experience imagine it was better than it probably was. The reality is that most everybody I saw at this nightclub wouldn't know what clubbing was if it hit them in the face, as it should have hit them at a great venue like this. The set-up is great--modeled after some great clubs--but unfortunately, the clientele ruined it for my friends and I. Everyone standing around the dance floor was absolutely NOT dancing--I.e., clubbing. In fact, they all made it pretty impossible to dance for the maybe six people total who wanted to. Plus, the bottle service and constant waiters passing through--a bit bourgeois for a supposed CLUB--further interrupts what could be a good crowded DANCING experience. So for those of you who looked back on the night and decided to write a review about what a good time you had dancing, please remember that bobbing up and down or occasionally giving a talentless wiggle dancing does not make. My advice: don't be so picky at the door. Let the people who aren't dressed in button-downs and (waaay out-of-style) body-con dresses in. Don't charge a $150 (MXN(We were not dressed as such, but we're American, so we got in.) At least those people might know how to actually party. read more
