So very grateful for this company! We had been without air conditioning for over two weeks, our home warranty was no help, could not get help from anywhere - until contacted Griffiths mechanical. From the office staff, who could not of have been kinder, helpful and understanding to the technician. I cannot say enough about the technician who came to our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, hard worker (in 90 degree heat) and yet he was still respectful and kind. He went above and beyond, had us up and running in no time. So so grateful for this place! We had a slight emergency and was able to get someone to come out and look at our heating system! We must have called 2 other places..? Called for a free estimate,A service tech came out and was knowledgeable but rude.They quoted $1000.00 more than everyone else and when I called them to lower the price they said no and then sent me a bill for $125.00 for the estimate.I emailed them and asked why it says free estimate on the website but they charged me.They replied back that seeing how they didn't get the job that it was turned into a service call. read more

Knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the products you expect. Had them install a new central air conditioning condensing unit, to replace an aging unit. A slight misunderstanding due to a scheduling conflict but they communicated it to me so I could also alter my plans. The install group did a great job and even called me the day of the install for a question they had. Highly recommend and will be trusting them with any major mechanical update I do to my house. read more
