His plans demonstrated an ability to "think outside the box" and to reconfigure the existing space in a way that was both very utilitarian and also true to the architectural period in which the house was built. His vision is both grand (overall design) and granular (specific details such as trim, cabinet pulls, light fixtures, etc.). We are exceptionally happy with our kitchen, and the adjacent hallway and family room that were included in this project. This wasn't our first remodel. In 2001 we embarked on a complete renovation of the second story of the same house. The designer for this project was on-site once, when there was a problem translating the drawings into framing reality. In contrast, Peter was present at some point during most days of our kitchen remodel. He worked closely and frequently with both the general contractor and the subs, demonstrating a willingness to make changes when useful, but also willing to go to bat for ideas he saw as central to the project's execution. To summarize, we were very happy to work with Peter. His engagement during the process was praiseworthy, and was central to creating such a lovely finished project.

I'm not sure how big it is now, but when I worked here, it was thousands of acres. Things have changed since then. They may have sold some of the land, or maybe they lease it out. I wasn't there long, but I learned alot.

From the moment we walked into Premier Kitchens and Cabinets, Dennis made us feel at ease. He immediately understood the look we were after and guided us through wood and color selections that fit our style perfectly. Dennis was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to work with. He came to our home to take measurements and learn what we liked about our existing setup--what worked, what didn't, and how he could improve our storage and overall functionality. He even pointed us toward vendors to help us find the perfect hardware. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution. He clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients' homes. Throughout the process, they helped us problem-solve whenever something came up and made sure the final result matched our needs and vision. We couldn't be more pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Thanks to insurance delays, this was a long process and I hope to never do it again--but if I had to, I'd hire Premier Kitchens and Cabinets again in a heartbeat. Dennis and Jesse are just good people to have on your team.
