Once I checked in they told me their system was down and it would be several weeks to get a photo, I was fine with this as it was hard enough getting there and I just wanted to get the photo. I asked Karla how much longer and she rudely responded with "the longer I talk to you the longer you are going to wait" I should have walked out at this point, but decided to wait.
