We could not be happier with our decision, and we could not be happier with ECOcentrix as our solar company. The system Aaron designed is working perfectly. Throughout the process, Aaron was very clear about what was going on, what the next steps would be, and what we should expect, and was diligent in making sure that everything was done properly. When any snags or issues came up at any point in the process, Aaron made sure that they were resolved and that we were aware of everything important. Before our solar installation went live, our electricity service was not nearly as reliable as we needed it to be, with power outages at least once a year, in some cases lasting for several hours. Since our system was activated, we've had two occasions when we lost grid power, and in both cases we were only aware of the interruption because our Enphase system notified us that it had happened. It brings amazing peace of mind to know that we're not at risk of an extended outage every time a storm with high winds sweeps through the area. And it's also very satisfying to have an electric bill of $10 to $15 per month!

I had one unexpected expense which the roof needed reinforcements for the 20 panels. I have been saving 90% of my power costs since. The process went pretty smooth including Ameren's involvement. I since purchased an EV which also charges at my home and was not included in the power consumption estimate they figure out prior to installing. Even with the additional power use due to my car, it is working out great. Electricity costs go up every year so hopefully that saving will go in my pocket.
