We loved Trish Finley and she was a huge part of why we chose that venue. Ellis is absolutely gorgeous! One of the biggest selling points is the absolutely stunning bridal suite. That really made the entire morning so relaxing and enjoyable. Tina, our event coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was communicative, responsive, and very patient with all of our questions. She made sure everything was in place to make sure we had the perfect wedding. We also worked with Brielle and Megan, who were both incredible. They were so kind, fun, and attentive. You honestly don't need a planner with all of the people wonderful people at Finely. On the day of, Shannon was my bridal attendant and she was just awesome. The entire staff is first class! We've received so many compliments about every aspect, but especially the food. The food really is the best! Our guests were particularly impressed with the dessert room. Everything was flawless and we wouldn't change a thing. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Our wedding was held on June 3rd, 2021 and from the moment of planning till June the service received was impeccable. The amount of food included is beyond enough and the best part is the food tastes and quality were superb. There were very few items that were dislike, which very minor due to the large variety of food provided and included in the price. Our wedding guest continue to rave about the cocktail hour food, thinking that was dinner however were shocked when dinner was served. The dessert stations was an absolute hit at the wedding and pairs well with the open pair. To top it off chicken sandwiches were provided to everyone as they left, which also pairs well with open bar. The service from Ashley Stegall from the very first day to the wedding day was outstanding! She was very patient with answering this brides multiple questions, and giving her honest opinion on ideas, she also helped with coordinating the actual wedding day. Anna was also very helpful the day of the wedding and ensuring the bridal party and especially the bride and groom didn't go without or needed for anything. The service was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Our guest was in awed of the service, venue, food and overall experience at the Waterfall! They didn't disappoint!

The food was out of this world, the music and lighting were perfect, and the way the rooms were set up with various table sizes and shapes was very inviting. The staff, under the gracious leadership of Jean and Sydney, couldn't have been more attentive to our needs. In the months leading up to the event, Jean and Sydney offered advice and encouragement - especially when there were details that we hadn't thought of. With all our vendors booked, finding another venue with the date available was almost impossible. So LUCKY we found Anthony Wayne House and Jeffrey Miller Catering! Absolutely no regrets throwing away that 1st deposit because our experience at Anthony Wayne House was fantastic! They worked with us in every way possible to make the day special. The location is gorgeous. Our coordinator Heather was always responsive and patient with our million questions. The Penrose Suite was perfect for our makeup & hair stylists to prepare our girls for the wedding. The Airstream Trailer was a really fun spot for the guys to hang & do a little putting on the green before the wedding, and the venue pictures don't do it justice. The weather drizzled off & on all day, but at the last minute it cleared and the staff rushed to prep the pergola area so we could have the beautiful outdoor ceremony we had envisioned. Due to the unpredictable weather, cocktail hour was set up inside. Because the weather cleared, the staff was very flexible and set up tables outside - so cocktail hour was held both inside & out. And the food! It was awesome. Everyone raved about it and the beautiful location. Even the wedding cake was absolutely delicious! Changing our venue to Anthony Wayne was the best decision we made. The outdoor wedding space was surrounded by woods and had a pergola in the front. The area was surrounded by historic buildings. There was enough room for an outdoor cocktail hour, with some high-top tables and a few normal tables as well. The reception space was an all-weather tent of sorts, with fans, stringed lights, and solid structure that has plastic walls that could be connected in the case of a storm. There was also a fire pit area, which was really nice. The couple chose to make this a smoking/cigar celebratory area, which worked really well. The cocktail hour was very good. Drinks were tasty and strong, and the hors d'oeuvres (many hot butlered plus a meat, cheese, bread, and vegetable table) were varied and delicious. The main course and desserts were very good as well- not standard bland wedding fare. Your place card corresponded to the dinner choice, so at the bottom of my place card was an outline of a carrot to denote that I had ordered the vegetarian entree option. This was an interesting idea (so that the waiters wouldn't have to double-check and take order), but the waiters did seem to have a hard time serving and looking to see what each person ordered and distributing appropriately. Overall, this venue was beautiful. It is for someone who wants to have an outdoors-y wedding and reception and caters to a very specific clientele as such, but everything was great.

The folks at the front desk were super friendly; got a quick tour and they seemed to know exactly what I needed and pointed those out. Bathroom was super clean, in fact the entire space was clean! Even the other patrons were nice and offered me a charging cable when I requested one from the front desk. She did an amazing job, and the event rolled by so smoothly, it was over before we knew it :-( The cocktail was in the front "club bar", which is a beautiful mahogany bar & lounge, with a huge outdoor terrace. It was a beautiful day, and our guests enjoyed the drinks and butler-ed hors'dourves outside. After the cocktail, everyone moved into the huge ballroom, which also had an outdoor terrace. The view of the sunset behind the endless grassy golf course and trees was breathtaking. The best thing about WCC is that they only have one ballroom, one event at a time. There was no confusion who's event was where, like some of the other wedding I had been to. I highly recommend WCC for any classy event. The food is excellent and the location is simply beautiful. I will post some of our great shots! WCC made for a beautiful backdrop to our most perfect day.
