They handled our pickup from LGA to our Midtown hotel and later our return trip back to the airport, and both rides were flawless. This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Umar went out of his way to drive all the way back around and personally return the phone to us--no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine care and professionalism. I can't recommend Precision NY Chauffeur Service enough. If you want reliable, stress-free transportation in NYC, this is the company to use.

I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. I'm hopeful, that this could be a learning opportunity for you and you organization in regards to your " Lowest Price Guarantee". Thank you again.

Took 1.5 hours from the time I scheduled my pickup to drop off, for a typically 45 min drive, but I was only in the car for about 45 min (ie the first 45 min the shuttle was picking other people up before me and I could see that in the comfort of my hotel). I've used supershuttle twice in recent years to go to ny area airports and both times have been seamless. Perfect for when you are not in a rush. Update: tried this service again and it took 2 hours to get to the airport with many delays. Pickup was about 40 min late so I'm reducing this to 3 stars. When I told the driver that I was comfortable where I was seated, in the 2nd row, he told me that I needed to sit with my party. Decent driving skills, poor customer service.

It was as if the guy was offended that I wanted to be left to my thoughts. "Do you like NY? What do you like about NY? Where do you live? What do you like about where you live? There's the baseball stadium over there. Do you like baseball? What DO you like then? Have you been to Central Park? Did you like it? What do you like about Central Park? Why not? I like fishing. Do you fish?" Really Dude? And one more thing, don't reach out and touch the customer with a good-by pat on the arm as she walks away with her luggage. Two stars because the driver arrived to the hotel on time and got me airport curbside in time for my flight. But a customer shouldn't have to engage with a driver if she doesn't want. Unprofessional driver.

Excluding me and the driver, there were about 10 passengers. I had two seats to myself. And speaking of seats, they were very comfortable. There was decent legroom (I'm 6'1"). Initially, I couldn't find the outlet. I eventually discovered that it' was hidden under the seat. And unlike the Hampton Jitney, the bus wasn't covered with a tacky looking wrapping. The bus left Manhattan at 1 PM. It was scheduled to arrive at Montauk at 4:15 PM. It arrived at 3:28. And with that said, the ride was far from perfect. The bus was as bumpy as a school bus. It was pure torture. The driver seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He wasn't mean, just apathetic. Other than checking in people and announcing the stops in a soft voice, he said nothing. I paid $34 which is reasonable. The Luxury Liner doesn't run nearly as frequently as the Jitney or LIRR Montauk branch. Furthermore, you don't get the VIP treatment like on the Hampton Ambassador. If you're looking for a no frills experience and you don't care about comfort then the Luxury Liner is ideal.
