Thank you for a job well done. I called 3 local tree companies to come by for quotes. The quotes were similar in cost, but Grey Bruce Tree Workers' knowledge was clearly far superior than the other two companies, which made me feel completely confident in hiring them. It took a little longer to get the quote from them than it did from the other two, possibly because they are busy as a result of knowing their stuff and doing a really good job- but I'm glad I waited. When the owner did come by to give the quote, he was very polite and respectful, and seemed much more interested in the job, whereas the other two companies didn't seem to care -almost as though they didn't have the time to talk to me, and both had blank looks on their faces when I asked them about the health of the tree. I think businesses and their representatives need to understand that clients really do care how well they are treated and in turn, treating clients well increases business, through repeat business and referrals. Anyway, they came and did a great job -they even gave the wood chips to my neighbours for their garden. I'm very happy that I entrusted our beautiful 100 foot sugar maple to these guys, I would call them again if needed, and I've recommended them to friends and neighbours without any hesitation. read more

Owner is rude and harassed my daughter. Makes absurd claims that his revenue is extremely profitable trying to solicit outside investors in a failing business. Work is shoddy at best, left a mess, refused to clean it up. read more
