This was after 3 years of service. The owner then screamed at my mom, accused her of having conversations with her staff about her, and hung up on her after screaming, "you're fired!" My mother is a widow and I can't believe that a business owner would treat her paying clients this way! Unacceptable! Would not recommend. *UPDATED* There is no campaign against you. You earned a negative review. You disagree. But you're not reviewing my family's business. My family is reviewing yours. However, your absolutely unhinged reaction all over social media has proven that your workers, my mom, and my family were right. The paranoia. The controlling behavior. The vitriol. All of it. It would benefit you to learn how to resolve conflict, because these types of personal problems do tend to cascade. Clearly.
