When installed the slider only opened 19" and when I questioned it the installer went in sideways and said if I can get in, u can. A couple of years later and getting older not able to access shower. Cost was $10,000 for the 48" shower. Had to hire another company to install a swing door which was 25" open and swings in and out. Asked Jim to help with the $2000 replacement door and answer was no saying what was installed, even with bad advice, was my problem and that was in the contract. He's right but I trusted his advice. Turns out his installer doesn't know how to do swing doors, only sliders. Contacted owner and no response. Very poor advice and no support from then. Once they have your cheque you are history to them. Shame on that company.
