The banisters were installed with visible chips, and one even has a crack running down the centre, something they clearly noticed and still chose to leave in place. On top of that, the wrong spindles were installed altogether, showing a complete lack of attention to detail and care. To make matters worse, during the banister installation they made over 40 holes in my walls, causing unnecessary damage that I had to pay to repair. Communication throughout the project was extremely unprofessional. the owner would get mad and concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. The flooring installation also came with multiple issues, and despite being fully paid, the contractor is now refusing to come back and fix the problems. That alone says everything about their integrity and commitment to their work. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them at all, save yourself the stress, time, and money.
